Recently there has been a rapport brewing between Strange Music and the folks at XXL. If you recall the staff at XXL had attended the Brooklyn stop of The Strange Days Tour and have also visited the Strange Music headquarters here in Kansas City, Missouri. In this month’s issue, Strange is featured in a six-page spread entitled “The Most Known Unknown.” The article traces the roots of the company and its rise to success, highlighting the differences between Strange and the rest of the music industry–while other labels are sinking, Strange is not only staying afloat, but rising fast.
