The college inspired website, Swizzer.com, recently posted a lengthy review on Tech N9ne’s Bad Season. The review is set up for both long time Tech fans and curious newcomers.

Here is an excerpt from the review:

“Bad Season” may have Tech’s name attached to it, but this mixtape also acts as stage for Tech’s “Strange Music” labelmate Krizz Kaliko, who absolutely deserves partial credit for what Tech N9ne has become. Chances are, if you listen to a Tech track, you are also listening to Krizz Kaliko’s vocals somehow incorporated in the song either on the hook or in a verse. On “Ego Trippin,” Kaliko delivers a smooth, jazz-like chorus over a piano and bass driven production by “The Haitian Super Heroes.” Tech admitted that most of the beats used on “Bad Season” most notably “Ego Trippin” are not the type of beats he would select for an album. Still, Tech and Kaliko absolutely delivered on this one.

As more and more heads turn towards Tech N9ne, Bad Season has proven to be a monster success online. Click here for the full review.
