Opening another grim scene of murder and cannibalism, “Suicide Watch” picks up the tempo and let’s Lynch lose all control. Dropping bars over a piano melody produced by Michael “Seven” Summers, Lynch continues his streak of perfectly timed rhymes with a penchant for rapid delivery. Joining Lynch this time is Devious, who brings his own pace to the track with a stunning delivery and multi-syllabic flow that is usually only heard from Lynch. The hook may not be the most intricate on the album, but it’s abrasive nature matches the tone of this track, or rather act on Coathanga Strangla. Lynch is putting everybody on “Suicide Watch”.
