TOUR UPDATE:

The king returned home on June 3 at the Midland in Kansas City, MO. Joined by Stevie Stone, ¡Mayday!, Jay Rock, Krizz Kaliko, and Kutt Calhoun, Tech had one of the biggest homecomings ever. The festivities began with a special VIP meet and greet for fans who were lined up around the venue. Taking pictures with their favorite artist, fans were able to spend quality time with everyone on the tour. MTV and HipHopDX.com were both in attendance to experience the madness first hand. Following the meet and greet, the All 6’s And 7’s Tour invaded the spacious and elegant Midland Theatre. Stevie Stone and ¡Mayday! kicked off the show with two incredibly energetic sets. Jay Rock brought the West out to KC the only way he knows how. Kutt Calhoun surprised fans with a solo set that included throwback hits from his Flamez mixtape, while Krizz Kaliko brought out a live band for his performance.

Just as the crowd settled, the Kansas City King took to the stage and delivered one his most explosive hometown performances. Complete with a new stage set and new hits like “He’s A Mental Giant”, Tech N9ne ripped through a nearly two hour set! In a very special wrap up to the show, Tech N9ne ended the night with a performance of “For The MO” with The Popper, Ron Ron, Donta Slusha, and even Bobb’ E J. Thompson from Role Models. The night was a piece of Kansas City history.

Tech N9ne And Fan Rene Jordan - All 6's and 7's - The Tour - Kansas City, Missouri

“This is Tech and I at The Midland Theater on the all 6’s and 7’s Tour. I love this pic so much because I didn’t think i was gonna see Tech because it was time to for him to leave, and Travis was on niggas heads like “We gotta go” Lol. Of course, Tech took that extra minute to sign a shirt and take a pic (because he’s so awesome). Low and behold, Tech looks as if he’s wearing some sort of ‘halo’ over his head! Sweet! Yes, I realize it’s a reflection of the camera flash, but holds a special symbolism for me. I hope I get to show him in person one day. I’m sure he will see the irony and ‘get the joke’. Lol.” – Rene Jordan
