Strangeland: Yakima, Washington On ‘All 6′s and 7′s – The Tour’

Apr 20 2011

All 6’s and 7’s – The Tour is coming to a city near you! We’re laying out the locales on the tour one by one, in hopes that fans from the cities will come out to represent their town and also so the out-of-towners know what they’re getting into. The second city on the tour is Yakima, Washington. Tech N9ne and company (¡Mayday!, Stevie Stone, Jay Rock, Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, and Big Scoob) will perform at the Yakima Valley Sundome. Fans have described Yakima as a straight up CRAZY experience, citing that these fans really know how to get down and party!. Check out what some of that fans have to say about Yakima:

“Hey I don’t know if you guys are looking at a place to eat or somthin but there is a place called miners which is on the same road as the sundome and it probably has the best burgers you can find in Yakima there is acctualy really not much fun stuff to do in Yakima no clubs or anything haha sorry” – Austin Door

“I was born n raised in yakima n rep tech to the fullest, first time tech came through on KOD Tour it was way more packed than i expected. Theres bigger name rappers that dont even play the sundome n this will b techs 3rd time in a year n a half, thats unheard of in yakima so big ups n the virus keeps spreading, i like to kick it at jackson’s sports bar on 48th n tieton or susie’s hollywood cafe on n. 1st street before n after the show, they are probably the best places to hang out in yakima” – Ryan Rush

“We rep Tech N9ne like it’s goin out of style! Before a Tech show I pick up a custom airbrushed Strange Music Tee, fresh dickies, J’s & hit Jacksons for a few KC Teas. After the show Suzies, Jacksons, Mcguires or Centinarios is where you’ll will find the locals/fans kickin it.” – Moses Perez

I’ve lived in Yakima all my 22 years and I can honestly say our concert scene was pretty weak until Tech started rollin through. There is Techn9cians all over this town and when you get us all under one roof with Tech you know it gets crazy. Before he started coming to the Sundome I had driven to Seattle and Portland for shows, definitely worth the drive, but it’s way nicer to have him in my own town. Yakimas club scene is pretty much non-existent but the hot spots to drink are definitely Jacksons Sports Bar or Second Street Grill, great food and drinks, before the show. Can’t wait to see the Strange Music fam in May, this will be my 5th show I have been too. – Charlinda from Yakima

We had fans come out and represent Yakima along with Spokane, Seattle, and Eugene, Oregon, to find out which town was Techn9cian Town Number One! The Yakima Techn9cians came out in full-force!

Make sure you check out All 6’s and 7’s – The Tour as it runs through Yakima on Saturday May 28. Also remember to reserve your VIP Packages for the show, which includes exclusive merchandise and a Meet and Greet with Tech and your favorite Strange Music artists. They’re running out quick so it’s best to get them while you still can! Yakima Valley Sunbowl on May 28, see you there!
