Even with his debut album coming on July 26, Jay Rock hasn’t slowed down on pumping out new music. Jay not only confirmed new music over Twitter, but he also seemingly reached out to E-40 for a collaboration. The two West Coast MCs have been heating up the hip hop scene lately, and there’s no doubt a collaboration would result in another smash single.
