Now, before any moans and groans, let’s hear the argument. TheBoyBlue91982 starts his video with Insane Clown Posse’s “Juggalo Chant (We Will Never Die Alone) and then immediately recites Tech N9ne’s “Technician’s Pledge,” claiming that Tech was inspired in his pledge by the Insane Clown Posse. Now, one can see they both have messages of uniting the masses; however, it’s hard to see any other similarities. What TheBoyBlue91982 may be reaching for is that the SAME masses are being united – mainly the underground – but what’s wrong with that? – Surely no ONE artist has reign over the underground. The underground is about unification of ideas, from all walks; sometimes you will have some over-lap. Anybody who listens to both Insane Clown Posse and Tech N9ne can see TOTALLY different perspectives and approaches; yet, they cater to a lot of the same fan-base, so of course a call for unification will be for the same people. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter who did what first, and who “stole” what from who, all that matters is you got the message, no matter who spoke it – the underground will never die!
