The world just got a little more familiar with Tech N9ne!

During Tech’s NYC takeover in support of Something Else, NBC’s The Grio got a chance to chat with Tech N9ne about a variety of subjects. For those not familiar, The Grio is a web-program on NBC geared mainly towards African Americans and discussing important issues within the culture.

In the opening of the interview, Tech explains how he got his name and how it differs from that of the semi-automatic gun it’s often mistaken for. The KC veteran also broke down the inspiration behind “Fragile” and his relationship with Kendrick Lamar!
