Curtiss King featured MURS’ song “PTSD” (from his new album Have A Nice Life) in his YouTube series, “Behind The Beat”.

There were many producers that went into MURS’ debut Strange Music album, Have A Nice Life. One of them is Curtiss King, the producer behind “The Strangest” and his 2014 mixtape, $hut Your Trap.

King has a YouTube series entitled “Behind The Beat”, where he films the creation of the beats he produces. This week, he put together the instrumental for “PTSD”, one of the songs off of the newly released album featuring E-40.

Whipping up beats takes time, effort, and patience, which is apparent in the video. It is so fascinating to watch the step-by-step process of how dope songs come to be.
