We have a feeling there’s plenty more praise where this came from for Future Vintage. 

In a landscape of music journalism where attention spans are simultaneously dwindling and constantly bombarded by an unprecedented density of releases, album reviews often quickly turn into quick, surface oriented click-bait.

While that may not be the best for the culture, what it does do is makes the thoughtful, well-composed reviews stand out that much more, and that is exactly the kind of review SWURV has provided for ¡MAYDAY!’s latest masterpiece, Future Vintage.

Calling the album a “seventy-eight minute, nineteen track explosion of sound and deft songwriting skills,” the author goes on to not only lend  praise to the album, but explains why he finds it so quality.
