Rittz sat down with Unique Access Entertainment to discuss one of his favorite albums of all time – Outkast’s ATLiens:
“Nobody heard anything like that sound before. You just wondered where they were gonna go next. The south wasn’t really represented at that time. Outkast started that whole [southern hip hop sound]. The beats were so cutting edge. Nobody had that sound period. There are certain types of people that bring something so new and so refreshing, and Outkast was one of them.”
