Starting with,“Get Off Me” (which got visual treatment here in 2017), moving on to Dominion standouts “Reloaded” and “Put Em On,” and rounding it our with an appearance on Stevie Stone’s “Invtiation” Darrein Safron has been busy runnin’ with his labelmates as of late.

Now, it’s time for him to take center stage.

As the title suggests, on “Lover Friend,” Darrein dedicates his time and attention to a special someone who fits both roles, as he glides atop the minimalist, synth-driven landscape assembled by the legendary Scott Storch.

Though the effort comes equipped with a set of atmospheric, neon-tinted visuals, it is not yet attached to a larger project.
