I have had freedompop for 4 months already[/url], and never used the service, as I’ve been wanting to get a Wireless device. I thought that since I was in the trial period, that I’uld just cancel and send back the device. I have waited days and hours trying to get to a representative who would be cancel, and mind you they’re only open 9 to 5pm PST, which I being in mountain time would have thought it would easy to get in touch with them. I cannot cancel service online and no one answers the phone. Its been 3 months already and I am stuck with a re-occurring bill that I cannot stop. Why should this be so hard to do. I really hate this company now, just for their lack of responsibilities to their customer’s.I’uld NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone as you’ll be stuck with it for a long time. If they don’t heed my requests here soon, I’ll report them to the BBB and Scamreport websites, & also, The Police.
