With the recent release of S.I.C., the world got yet another taste of the extremely diverse music Kaliko is capable of delivering. Add to that the attention Strange Music has been receiving from the industry, and it would appear that the possibilities for huge collaborations are now within reach. Recently, a fan suggested Krizz Kaliko work with Chicago MC Lupe Fiasco on a new collaboration. Krizz Kaliko responded with, “Get at him for me y’all“. A collaboration with Lupe Fiasco would certainly be a greatly beneficial asset to Krizz Kaliko. As one of hip hop’s most lyrically gifted MCs, Lupe Fiasco transcended the industry’s definition of a superstar when his latest album, LASERS, landed at #1 on the Billboard charts. Taking Lupe’s original and innovative music into account, a collaboration between the two MCs would surely make for an incredible record. Fans can only hope we see such a collaboration soon.
