Humanity is a self destructive species. Mainly the white race tho. We are the ones that have killd, stole and much worse in the name of religion conquest and to "move into the future". Mankind has also destroyed the earth in its greedy persuits. So when i say fuck the world i mean the humans that dgaf about the world and each other

If what your saying is that we have evolved technologically then yes I agree. The man who aspires to modernize spends his life trying to get his surroundings to adapt to him by inventing new things that he believes will make it easier for him to live.He keeps growing in intellect and makes even more things to help him along the way.But the more and more he invents things he keeps having to adapt to get used to these new inventions. This trend works against the modern mans original goal.Instead if the surroundings adapting to the modern man,the over abundance of new and innovative creations force the modern intellect to spend his entire life adapting to his constantly changing surroundings. There are some bushmen who have lived the same way for thousands of years, hunting and foraging to survive with sickness and disease kept at a minimal. But as soon as modernized man moved in they taught the bushmen about mass farming and irrigation. The bushmen who were originally content with thier old way of life landed up over farming thier original land untill the soil was corroded and useless. This caused a chain reaction in which turned thier orginial ways useless because the land did not produce any plant life which in turn forced the wild life to go else where which caused the bush men to become one huge nomadic society. This mass amount of ppl living and moving together caused disease and sickness. This was due to thier desire to become more productive and abundant when they didnt need to.So i guess my point is I do agree and it is a bad thing. We were better off as simple ppl but that isnt an option now a days. But is it really considered evolution if our technological advancements cause us more harm than good?

I like this that was what i was trying to explain last night but aparently some how i was wrong

This is necessary for individual survival. Say that two people are trapped in a cave for an unknown period of time. They can either share food or one can be greedy and eat all the food. If they share, the food lasts half as long than if one person eats all of it. In past times when resources were not as readily available as they are today, survival meant being part of a group that would collectively gather resources. However, if the resources were scarce, greed came into play. Those who were greedy and took took what they needed from the group to live were the ones to survive. Those who did not act greedy died. Therefore, greed became an evolutionary trait that was needed for survival when one needed to choose their lives over the group. Since we evolved from these individuals who survived from greed, we carry this trait and now have a tendency to express it when it is not necessarily needed.
