Big Scoob's Release Week - A Bad Time?

Now, before everyone gets mad, I do plan on getting Big Scoob's album, eventually. Sometimes this year, most definitely.

But look at the other releases that came out/are coming out in the rest of September

Beanie Sigel - Broad Street Bully
Dr. Dre - The Chronic: Re-Lit and From The Vault
Raekwon - Only Built For Cuban Linx Vol. 2
    Jay-Z - Blueprint 3
    Tupac- Shakurspeare
Mash Out Posse - The Foundation
Trick Daddy - Finally Famous: Born A Thug, Die A Thug
Kid Cudi - Man On The Moon: The End Of The Day
    KRS-One & Buckshot - Survival Skills
    Q-Tip - Kamaal The Abstract
    B.G. - Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood
Royce Da 5'9" - Street Hop
    50 Cent - Before I Self Destruct

Of course, I'm not looking forward to all of these albums, but a lot of them (and even some I didnt name) will get a LOT of attention, pushing Big Scoob's album even farther out of the spotlight that it would be in a release-free week.

Yeah, it did. I was saying for the rest of the month though. A lot of these albums are going to get a lot of Attention, and then by the time that dies down, it'll be October, and people will be looking forward to new releases.

Well hopefully a lot of people will pirate those albums but buy scoobs. I feel like there's a lot more dedication to buying albums from underground artists than the mainstream

There is more dedication, but 99 time out of 100, mainstream rappers get more sales.

I hate to say, I'm not most excited for Monsterifik.

KRS-One & Buckshot album is fucking nice.
    KiD CuDi = Definite Cop
    Jay-z album was dope.
    Raekwon's album is dope.
Brother ali's album will possibly be an AOTY candidate.

im down to support the independant game so big scoobs album is a must for me ,i just got the new jayz album and im a little more than half way through the album and honestly im fuckin disapointed maybe it will get better but right now its not lookin that good.i wanted to buy ob4cl2 but best buy didnt have any copies yesterday,i thought it was released yesterday???but for real, big scoobs album is a release thats supposed to capture tech's fanbase which seem to be some of most loyal motherfuckers around,i dont really think that it is meant to sell buku copies, its more of an introduction to the fans as the newest soldier signed to strange.i copped the broad street bully last week and i thought it was a good album that fit perfect with the title, but anyhow , i dont think timing has anything to do with it since most motherfuckers down leaks anyway, most of the ppl that down albums dont buy it anyway so i dont think they will have a problem downing scoobs if they allready downed the blueprint 3 ,ob4cl2 kid kudis and others
