my guess would be they didnt exactly fit into the whole "theme" of the album

all of his albums really have that kind of flow to it and i dont think they fit in right

if i made any sense lol

Tech said he recorded In My Head first. It was the very first song he did for Everready. But it leaked and it was all over the place before the cd even came out so he just decided it wasnt new anymore by the time the album dropped. I totally agree that its sick as hell. Prolly the best song on both cd's.

Ok, well then what about "Beast"? That song leaked like two years before the album dropped. Hell, it was even on Madden. Everybody heard that song. I am a huge Tech fan and I didn't hear "In My Head" until a month before the album dropped. If I had to take off a couple songs from the first disc I would have to go with Jellysicle, What You Thinkin', and Beast. Jellysicle? Ya I know. I was a huge E-40 fan. Have all of his ic stuff up until 2004.But I just don't think that song is tight at all. "I'm from the V A L L E J O, H I Double L Side"

i think everready was a perfect album, no need to put those on disc 1 altho those songs are very good, kinda hard to choose when it comes down to it and i think they made the best choices for the album

    I always wondered this too...

It could possibly be they couldn't clear the rights to use the ABBA sample
