    cold turkey is the beat way, it was the way i quit, started chewing alot of gum

    i already smoke like all day everyday so idk about that, plus whenever i smoke weed i crave a cig lol

    yeah i used this banana flavored nicorette. it doesnt taste too bad. i just chewed that and stayed high. if you can go like 5-10 days w/o a cig, you're home free.

    just cut back until you're at one a day, then quit. that's what i did. like if you're at a pack a day, then cut back to 15 a day for a couple days, then 10, then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

    check ebay for nicoderm (dunno the spelling) i got a month's worth of clear patches for $15. if you do all three steps in the program its supposed to take like 2 or 3 months. i went straight to step 3 and smoke like 1 or 2 a day. actually after my first day w/o smoking any my throat hurts a lot when i do.

    I agree with the cold turkey way.

    Alot of my boys quit like that.

    Any other way just dosent seem to work

    At least for the people i know.

    It takes alot of will to break a addiction.
