Cool..I just watched the teaser on you tube, it looks pretty spunout..unfortunately its nothin we dont already know. Oil production has already peaked and research is turning to other sustainable fuel/ energy sources. They are so fuckin greedy they cant pull the shit out of the ground fast enough, bunch of cunts !!

You just said the real focus of that film in your statement... Problem being that we've been @ peak oil for sometime now... And more importantly and unfortunantly there is no sustainable substitute for what oil and what it does for everything on the planet. More than fuel and energy, that's just the start. Make sure you take it look at it though cuttie. EVERYONE should see it.

Yeah Im interested to watch it through when its available.......I think that in the same way car efficiency technology has developed (A 2 litre turbo can kill a big 7 litre V8 with only a spray of fuel), The same efficiency will quickly develop with electric and kinetic energys. Theres a reson why electric car production has been fully suppressed by the power of the world oil overlords.

Everything humans eat, breathe, drink, wear and consume is taken from the earth. There is an inherently sustainable balance point for human population - influenced by its life - and the earth.
Cheap and easy-to-obtain fossil-fuel energies (coal, oil and natural gas) are depleting rapidly. Energy that has allowed for the extraction, manufacture and transportation of everything consumed by humans is disappearing. Oil and natural gas are not just energy sources. All plastics, fertilizers, pesticides and most pharmaceuticals, lotions, paints, resins, cosmetics and many other products depend on chemical input from oil and natural gas. These chemical inputs cannot be replaced by alternative energies. - There are ten calories of fossil-fuel energy in every calorie of food consumed in the industrialized world. Food production, with fossil-fuel input, has enabled the earth's population to grow by more than five billion people in the last 150 years. If the fossil fuels go away, the food goes away, leaving depleted, chemically-dependent topsoil behind. - All other life-essential resources, especially fresh water, are under severe stress
