Dubbed Cleveland’s “Wild Boy”, Machine Gun Kelly is set to bring his punk rock lifestyle to Tech N9ne’s “Hostile Takeover 2012” Tour, but as RollingStone.com reports, it’s Tech N9ne that will be lacing up this summer.
Speaking on his brand new EP, Half-Naked & Almost Famous, MGK sat down with RollingStone.com for an exclusive interview. Discussing everything from his punk rock roots to the upcoming record breaking “Hostile Takeover 2012” Tour, MGK also touched on his full length Bad Boy Records debut, Lace Up:
“Lace Up” is going to be recognized by the Grammys. It’s going to be one of those things that goes down in history as one of the best albums, period. It’s kind of like Adele’s ’21’. It was this perfect time in a person’s life, and she made a soundtrack for it. “Lace Up” is the same way.
MGK went on to reveal that Tech N9ne will in fact appear on his major label debut, which is due out this summer. The news comes after MGK first confirmed a collaboration late last year. After appearing together on BET’s Cyper, Tech N9ne and Machine Gun Kelly will no doubt produce one of the most explosive collaborations this year.
