Wyshmaster Produces Three Tracks On Shock Treatment [Producer]

Krizz Kaliko’s highly anticipated third release as a member of the Strange Music family, Shock Treatment, includes three tracks produced by Adam ‘Wyshmaster’ Cherrington. Wyshmaster earned production credits on the tracks, “Alive”, “Ack-A-Donkey” featuring Kutt Calhoun, and “In my Dreams” featuring Brotha Lynch Hung, Big Scoob and Barbara Word. He has done a lot of work with Strange in the past, producing six tracks on Kutt Calhoun’s sophomore effort, Feature Presentation, two tracks on Tech N9ne’s second “collabos” album, Sickology 101, and five tracks on Tech’s critically acclaimed solo effort, Killer. Aside from his work with Strange Music, Wyshmaster is perhaps most known for his production on the single, “Im On A Boat”, from The Lonely Island’s album Incredibad, which was also seen on SNL as a digital short. The St. Louis native has also worked with Nelly, producing two tracks from his 2008 release, Brass Knuckles which has sold over 200,000 copies in the United States.

Wyshmaster was born and raised in Chicago, IL and has been producing for over 7 years. He started as a DJ at the age of 17 and then began producing at the age of 19. He started out on mp3.com by selling beats to underground artists across the world. As he began selling more and more and making over 15 beats a dayi he became very popular online. He then hooked up with a guy named John Bignocchi who worked at Midway Games and was working on a new game called, NBA Ballers. John instantly liked Wysh’s work and asked him to do some music for the game which, turned out to be 12 beats and 5 songs. The game had a huge success by selling over 1,000,000 copies and receiving awards and great reviews for its soundtrack. Wysh was then asked by Midway to do music for ther games such as, N.A.R.C., LA Rush, and NBA Ballers Phenom. Wyshmaster then was contacted by Disturbing Tha Peace artists Field Mob about doing a song for the DTP Compilation. The song ended up being called, Com See Me but Smoke (of Field Mob) ft. Stat Quo.
