“Down” its menacing yet addicting sound. In attempts to escape the consequences that come with their lifestyle, Krizz and Tech are faced with overindulgence in just about every facet imagineable. Before they crash and burn though, Kaliko delivers some of the most colorful flows on the EP. His varying tones and delivery on the hook make for a brilliantly executed finale. Keeping up with Kaliko, Tech bursts out as a high point on “Down”, with his never ending chain of multisyllabic rhymes. Armed with a mean flow and a hint of humor, Tech’s verse lends real personality to “Down”. Both MCs make it clear that if they’re going down, they intend on going out with a bang.
