Kansas City radio personality Brooklyn Martino recently sat down with New Orleans’ own Mystikal for a brief video interview. The interview catches up with Mystikal following his release from prison after serving six years behind bars. With a new attitude and outlook on his career, Mystikal is gearing up to drop new music in the form of a mixtape and brand new album. When asked about Kansas City locals, Mystikal candidly spoke on Tech N9ne and Strange Music. He referred to Tech N9ne as “a true artist“, and praised his unique and original music. Speaking about a possible deal with Strange Music, Mystikal cryptically answered, “yet to be seen“. With a second shot at success, Mystikal is more focused than ever, and it appears that a relationship with Strange Music has certainly crossed his mind.
