Following the release of All 6’s And 7’s, fans everywhere were weighing in on the different sound that Tech N9ne implemented. Rumors also began to swirl about B.o.B’s verse on “Am I A Psycho?” being a shot at Odd Future. Speaking to BallerStatus.com, Tech discussed the process behind the production on All 6’s And 7’s, and even broke his silence on the B.o.B matter. On B.o.B’s verse, Tech boldly says:

“He didn’t say nothing about their names and if he is going at them, that’s funny as hell. That’s rap sh**, go back at him. I don’t care, as long as nobody says anything about me because they don’t want it.”

Tech also touched on his experience with Lil Wayne in the studio and the respect he has for the MCs unique approach to songwriting. Picking apart Tech’s methods, the interview reveals some of the creative process that helped shape the end result of All 6’s And 7’s. Tech may not buy into the controversy that surrounded All 6’s And 7’s, but with over 70,000 copies sold in two weeks, fans definitely bought into Tech N9ne’s claim to the independent throne.
