Game Supports Jay Rock's Follow Me HomeJay Rock’s Follow Me Home continues to pick up steam as a stand out release during a blazing summer. As another West Coast staple, Game has been busy promoting his latest release, The R.E.D. Album. His promotional push has included guest editorial spots and features on numerous hip hop blogs.

For Complex.com, Game compiled his 25 Favorite Albums. The long list included West Coast classics like Dr. Dre’s The Chronic, Ice Cube’s Amerikkka’s Most Wanted, and Snoop Dogg’s Doggystyle. Most surprising though, was that the list kicked off with Jay Rock’s Follow Me Home. Defending his choice to put Follow Me Home on the list, Game explained:

“I put this on the list because I’m an asshole and people may not know that this is a good album. It’s strictly West Coast and it’s the type of album I would’ve recorded if I was 19-years-old. Jay Rock did a good job depicting the California lifestyle.”

With a clear respect for Jay Rock and a guest spot from Kendrick Lamar on The R.E.D. Album, Game is showing a lot of love for Top Dawg Entertainment as they continue their rise to the top of the West Coast rap game.
