Quickly making an impact on the independent scene, Irv Da Phenom is just that, phenomenal.

The rapper/singer has worked his way up the ranks and is now considered a staple of the Strange Music landscape. Through numerous mixtapes and self released albums, Irv began creating a buzz for himself early on in Kansas City.

It wasn’t too long before Irv caught the attention of Tech N9ne and was asked to appear on several recordings. These guest appearances would eventually give way to Irv Da Phenom hooking up with Krizz Kaliko and presented him with the opportunity of touring as Kaliko’s hypeman. During his time working with Strange Music, Irv Da Phenom has appeared on tracks like “Keep It One Hunit”, “Hunterish”, and “Get Active”.

Irv returns with another collaboration on Big Scoob’s No Filter. “If You Only Knew” finds the two MCs reflecting on the real reasons they follow through with their careers in music and what their own motivations are. Irv drops in for an inspiring hook that shows off his sharpened vocals and spectacular writing.
