This past Labor Day weekend, MTV2’s Sucker Free Countdown featured a very special holiday episode hosted by DJ Envy and Angela Yee of the Breakfast Club. The two hosts recapped the hottest happenings of summer 2011. Among their top picks, was MTV’s visit to the Strange Music headquarters and their exclusive interview with Tech N9ne. The Labor Day BBQ episode ended with a brief look back at Tech N9ne’s personal kingdom in Kansas City and even made mention of Jay Rock and Krizz Kaliko. Other events to make the countdown included the introduction of Meek Mill, Summer Jam, and XXL‘s Freshmen concert. The full episode is available online or you can watch the segments separately.
