With new fans spilling into Strangeland every day, Tech N9ne is beginning to change the public’s perception of his music and what it means.
Currently on The Lost Cities Tour, Tech N9ne took some time to speak with the Renegade Rip of Bakersfield, CA during his recent tour stop. Clearly in high spirits, Tech spoke on the positivity that he now feels at his live shows:
“It makes me smile on the inside because they are really enjoying what I’m doing. Everybody’s smiling right now, from people at the front row to people all the way at the top. I can see teeth. That’s a wonderful feeling.”
At the same time, Tech expressed his frustration with negative perceptions of his audience and what people refer to as his “cult”:
“I just think that they are called fans, not fanatics, but fans. It’s a lot of love and I love it. And it’s not devilish and it’s not a cult. If they want to call it a cult then so be it. It’s a following of people that love me.”
Whatever people want to call it, one thing is clear – Tech N9ne loves his fans. The Lost Cities Tour continues to roll on and bring Tech’s amazing live show to fans all over.
