Just one day into the release of Take Me To Your Leader and ¡MAYDAY! is already setting the web on fire as fans everywhere react to the brand new album.

With a new album and record breaking tour in front of them, ¡MAYDAY!’s Bernz recently sat down with MTV Tr3s to discuss everything happening in the world of ¡MAYDAY! Speaking on Take me To Your Leader, Bernz explained the diversity that laid the foundation for the album:

“a forward-thinking album. It’s a punch in the face to everything that’s going on. It’s a raw, multi-dimensional album, it doesn’t have just one note. It’s definitely one of our more darker albums, but it’s one of our most cohesive.”

Bernz also went on to discuss the official “Badlands” music video and what fans can expect from Tech N9ne’s “Hostile Takeover 2012” Tour. Only a few days into the new ¡MAYDAY! era, Bernz warns fans to “Hold on tight.”
