For anyone wondering where Jay Rock has been, WorldStarHipHop recently caught up with the Strange Music/TDE artist at Hot 97 Summer Jam in New York for an exclusive video interview.

The popular video site is a staple in the hip hop community and with all of the biggest names in the industry gathering for the Hot97 Summer Jam, WSHH cameras went behind the scenes to catch all of the action.

In attendance with the rest of Black Hippy, Jay Rock dropped in with WSHH for a brief interview to discuss what he’s been busy with. Careful to not reveal too much, Jay Rock did assure fans that he’s been busy in the booth with new music. Others interviewed included Waka Flocka, Wale, 2 Chainz, and of course Jay Rock’s labelmate, Kendrick Lamar.
