Tech N9ne and MURS stopped by ThisIs50.com for an interview with the incomparable Jack Thriller.

It seems Tech and MURS have made frequent appearances in interviews lately due to their great interview nature with each other. The dynamic duo made another appearance on ThisIs50.com and spoke with Young Jack Thriller about the balance between the two artists, the high-caliber artists Tech bring onto the label, the production of both albums (Tech N9ne’s Special Effects and MURS’s upcoming project, Have A Nice Life), working with Kendrick Lamar, and more.

MURS explains his mission in an eloquent, humble way, describing the change of his focus after escaping his past of selling weed and carrying weapons from the influence of his brother.

Now for me, it’s with Tech trying to infect the mainstream and get on the radio and show that you can be dope. And for me, have a message of peace and love and progression in our community that’s not really being focused on.
