Like many of us, MURS is ready for some football.

After enjoying a nice afternoon watching the Rams take on the Cowboys back at their old stomping grounds in Los Angeles, MURS and ESPN dropped a fantasy football-filled manual/freestyle on the ESPNNFL Instagram.
