It’s always one hell of a reunion when Tech N9ne and Sway get together.

Being almost around a year since Tech had the chance to hop on Sway In The Morning, the two had some catching up to do. During the interview, Tech gave Sway the inside scoop behind “Sriracha” w/ Logic & Joyner Lucas – taking it all the way back to how he first discovered the two monster MC’s. Although we would love to hear an entire interview of Tech revealing the process behind The Storm, that’s not all that was talked about during the show.

After expressing his hope to one day collaborate with him, Tech was asked to offer words of advice for Kanye West.

I know a lot of this, if not all of it, is on the death of his mom. I would like to say to him, “My mom just passed in 2014 to Lupus. She had been sick all of her life. One thing I realized, ye, is that energy never dies, it just transfers. When you feel that extra love and sunlight right here, that’s your mom. You have to live for her. I have to take my mom all over the world – everywhere I go. She lives through me.” That’s what I would tell him.
