As one of the biggest hip hop festivals of the year, the Paid Dues festival always looks to bring together the biggest names moving.This year, Jay Rock and the rest of Black Hippy were invited to rock the stage for the San Bernardino crowd. College Beat Television was backstage with the group as they discussed the meaning behind their unique name, and all upcoming projects, including a Black Hippy album.
