The official line-up to the Paid Dues Festival 2013 was recently announced and fans will be happy to know that the Kansas City King will be making his return along with a slew of high-profile acts.

HipHopDX.com reports that the eighth annual festival will take place inside the NOS Event Center in San Bernardino, California on March 30, 2013.

Bringing together hip hop acts from every region, this year’s festival will feature live performances from Tech N9ne, Black Hippy, Hopsin, De La Soul, and many more!

2013 will mark Tech N9ne’s third appearance at Paid Dues, having previously performed in 2009 and 2010. A number of acts are still waiting to be announced, but with a bill like this, Paid Dues may already be the biggest hip hop festival of 2013.
