Rittz now finds himself nominated for “Best Hip Hop Record (Independent) of 2013” with the song “For Real” in DJ Booth’s Best Of The Booth awards for 2013. The trunk-rattling banger produced by Lifted (G.O.O.D. Music’s “Mercy”) was the lead single dropped from Rittz’s highly successful debut album The Life And Times Of Jonny Valiant.

With this nomination, Rittz finds himself running against label mate and Strange Music vice president Tech N9ne with the song “Fragile”, an indication of Rittz’s meteoric rise and highly successful campaign as one of the most elite emcees in the game.
