By now you’re probably well aware that MURS is no rookie in this game.

Recently, the Charleston City Paper caught up with MURS and got his take on some recent trends in hip hop. And one basic piece of advice MURS has for everyone that is part of this culture has to do with something very simple: authenticity.

Wisdom from MURS is also accompanied by some interesting information on upcoming music and his thoughts about his new label.

The Living Legends member surprised a lot of people when he signed with Strange Music earlier this year but now that the dust has settled, many fans are beginning to understand what a good fit it actually is.
