Did MURS just imply a return of Paid Dues?

MURS recently took to social media to tease a potential “spoiler” of The Walking Dead, releasing “Rick Grimes Is Dead”. Though the video had some heavy zombie-themed undertones, MURS slips in some subtle hints that it is possible he could be bringing back Paid Dues, a hip hop festival he started with Guerilla Union in 2004.

Considering the past successes of this tour, having been graced with presences of the likes of Felt (Atmosphere + MURS), Kendrick Lamar, Wu-Tang Clan, Mac Miller, and Ice Cube, among many others, this could quite possibly be the return of a legacy.

We can only hope there will be a return, but only time will tell.
