Although JL has racked up plenty of fans since he first signed to Strange Music in 2015, there’s no doubt that Tech N9ne is his biggest supporter.

Tech was the one to give JL his chain last October, featured him on The Storm, and now, being that Tech is presenting JL’s debut album, DIBKIS, it’s only right that he be the one to show fans the first glance at the hard copy of the album.
