As we get closer to Tech N9ne’s return to Red Rocks Ampitheatre in Morrison, CO, we hear more and more about the fans making the trip to see the KC King rock the world-renowned stage. This will be a legendary night, not only with the addition of Mackenzie Nicole on the show roster, but also because of Rob Prior‘s live-painting and recording of his upcoming documentary.

For some, this is not their first rodeo to this beautiful venue. However, for many others, it will be their first time stepping foot into this incredible experience.

We here at Strange Music want you to be prepared for the party of a lifetime, happening on October 9. We have taken it upon ourselves to provide some pointers on how to get the most out of your trip to one of the coolest venues in the world.

What To Bring

If you have been to a concert, nothing is as frustrating as not coming prepared. We provided a small, basic list of things one should bring every time he or she goes to a Strange Music show.

However, when you go to a show as big of a caliber as Red Rocks, it is wise to pack a wide range of necessities to ensure you have the best time. It is always important to double-check the list of accepted and prohibited items allowed in the venue. Here is a list of what we recommend to bring on October 9:

• A SEALED bottle of water to stay hydrated (or an empty bottle to fill up inside the venue)

• Portable cell-phone charger to ensure you never lose your comrades

• Small, zipstring backpack to hold your brand new Strange Music merchandise, among other things

• Personal camera to capture your favorite moments of the show

• Comfortable shoes so you can dance all night with 9,000 of your friends

• All of your friends so everyone can share this memory with you

• A great attitude because you are about to witness an extremely badass concert in Morrison, CO

It is always better to be safe than sorry. We want our fans to have the most memorable experience they possibly can as we take over Red Rocks for one amazing night.

Now that you are all packed and ready to go, it is time to make your way to Red Rocks! Before you leave, make sure you have your tunes ready to go. Parking

One of the coolest things you can tell someone when they ask about the clothes you are wearing is, “I got this at the Tech N9ne show at Red Rocks!” Make sure to set some money aside during your trip to pick up some dope Strange Music merchandise. Explore Colorado!

It would be unfair to travel to Colorado without getting a chance to explore the wonders that Colorado has to offer. From the range of restaurants to the gorgeous scenic activities, there are plenty of activities you can do to bring the experience of a weekend at Red Rocks home.

Ship Rock Grille

If you are feeling more of the Asian cuisine, check out Cholon in Denver. It will be a beautiful weekend in Denver. One amazing thing about Red Rocks is your ability to enjoy the park outside of seeing a show. The park provides different hiking trails for people to experience during their time in Morrison, CO.
