Tech N9ne’s B.o.B and Hopsin assisted single became one of the top Twitter trending topics in the US along with B.o.B himself and the highly anticipated “I Don’t Like” (Remix) from Kanye West.

After hitting #8 on BET’s 106 & Park countdown, “Am I A Psycho?” hit Twitter and caught everyone’s attention as clueless Twitter users did their best to figure out the meaning of the phrase. Meanwhile, Technicians all over the web made sure that “Am I A Psycho?” kept its spot on the top trending topics for the better part of a few hours.

The “Am I A Psycho?” trend resulted in some hilarious tweets and placed Tech N9ne on the top Twitter trending topics for a third time within the last year. Will the Kansas City King make his way to the top trends again?
