What happens when you take three of Miami’s most promising hip hop groups and turn them loose in the studio? Apparently, a really, really dope mixtape.

DJBooth just blew our collective minds and posted the latest project from ¡MAYDAY! and fellow Floridian hip hoppers Miami Beat Wave and ArtOfficial. Titled Neighbors, the 11-track mixtape is full to the brim with top-notch production and the type of high-quality lyricism that we would expect from Wrek, Bernz, and anyone they associate with.

Also notable are the production contributions by Ralphy and Danny Keys, who lent their production skills to Tech N9ne’s smash single “Fragile”.
