Before a live performance at Porter’s Pub in San Diego, NBC’s SoundDiego caught up with Brotha Lynch Hung for an exclusive interview to talk about his lengthy career in hip hop and the path that led him to Strange Music.

Recalling how he earned the moniker of Brotha Lynch Hung, the Sacramento native explained that it’s not easy to get on TV with such a name, but his music is for the underground anyway. Lynch also went on to talk about his dedicated fans and his motivation to stay in the rap game – “I just love the love from everywhere.”
