As the anticipation for Tech’s All 6’s and 7’s reaches an all-time high, album reviews have started to pop up all over the internet, some negative and many positive. Following the trend, a writer for the FSView & Florida Flambeau, a newspaper located in Tallahassee, Florida, and the official paper of Florida State University, published his own review of what he calls “one of the most satisfying hip-hop albums of the summer.”

After starting his review with a brief summary of independent hip-hop’s most successful artist’s incredibly accomplished career, the writer proceeds to break down the album aesthetics, highlighting outstanding supporting performances and Tech’s own lyrical dexterity. “Fuck Food,” “Am I A Psycho?,” “Worldwide Choppers,” and the release’s more personal final quarter are all given particular praise, while the album’s length falls under slight criticism.

Expect more positive reviews to come for All 6’s and 7’s.
