The story of Tech N9ne’s incredible indie success continues to serve as an example of what is possible through hard work and determination. Currently on the longest tour of his career, Tech is proving to be an independent juggernaut with no signs of slowing down.
With his Hostile Takeover 2012 Tour headed for Davenport, QCTimes.com caught up with Tech for an exclusive interview. Speaking on the record-breaking tour, Tech explained that he feels he has plenty more ground to cover including Africa, Brazil, Ireland, and Jamaica.
Discussing his new album, Tech shared some insight on his writing:
“‘I think it’s going to be amazing because I have a lot of beats chosen already,’ he said. ‘I don’t know what I’m going to say, but I’m going to sit down. And when I sit down, it comes out. Sometimes I want to party instead of sit down and relax. But when I sit down with a pen and pad, it all comes out.’”
Looking past major labels, Tech N9ne is leading his independent empire to the top and no one can tell him otherwise.
