With Strange Reign out and the tour completed, Tech N9ne has shifted his focus back onto his next solo album, Planet.

He’s been letting off little insights here and there (and on Strange Reign), but recently, he dropped one of the biggest peeks into the album; lyrics to a collaboration with horror guru Joseph Bishara entitled “Brightfall.”

While it’s hard to get an idea of what the song sounds like from just the lyrics, with the inclusion of Issac Cates and The Choir Ordained and Joseph Bashara (who previously worked with Tech on “Shroud”), it could mean this track will have an epic, orchestral feel with some dark undertones.

Also, the fact that the lyrics are typed up is, perhaps, a clue that this song will be an important release; Tech writes a lot of lyrics by hand, but only songs on the album get the typed up treatment.
